Ingredients:
- 50 grams of cake flour
- 5 eggs
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tsp emulsifier or TBM
- 100 grams of margarine, melted
- Buttercream or fruit jam to taste
How to Make Bolu Gulung Cokelat
- Beat sugar, eggs and emulsifier until fluffy and creamy.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder, little by little while stirring.
- Pour melted margarine little by little until well blended.
- Prepare a baking pan 26x26x4 cm that has spread with margarine and baking paper.
- Pour mixture on a baking sheet, bake in temperatures over 180 degrees Celsius until cooked for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven
- Put a clean towel over the pan, turn the cake pan and remove cake.
- Roll pastry to cool with the help of a clean napkin or paper cake.
- If the cake has cooled, open coils, rub with buttercream or jam, roll it back up compact.
- When will be served, sliced Bolu Gulung Cokelat as you like.
